Welcome to TFT‑Boost! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (https://tft-boost.net) and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. PURCHASES

When you purchase products or services through the Service ("Purchase"), we may collect your email address and payment details only via our third‑party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store credit card data directly.

You represent that:

  1. You have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
  2. All information submitted is accurate and complete.

By submitting payment information, you authorize TFT‑Boost to share necessary details with Stripe or PayPal to complete the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. ACCOUNT SECURITY

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Protect your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our Service, you confirm that:

  • You understand the nature of the digital services purchased.
  • You cannot dispute completed services once marked "In Progress" or assigned.
  • Chargebacks or unauthorized claims after service begins may incur fees (minimum $50, up to three times the original transaction) or legal action under applicable EU trade laws.

If a service is not completed, you may receive store credit equivalent to the incomplete portion.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by TFT‑Boost or its licensors and protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.

5. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our non‑tangible digital services, no refunds are available once a service is marked "In Progress" or a booster/coach is assigned. If an order has not started, you are eligible for a partial refund (55%) or store credit.

6. THIRD‑PARTY LINKS

Our Service may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies separately.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms without notice. To terminate your account, simply stop using the Service.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in competent Polish courts.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
